Complete design package including conceptual design, working drawing package, furniture procurement and installation. Custom millwork for scaled model display and A/V display areas to communicate and differentiate the Builder as a monument of quality and innovation. SAI works directly with trades to execute all stages of design in accordance with local building codes.

Procurement Services

Procurement of Furniture, lighting, and décor with detailed floorplans and moodboards to communicate space planning. SAI procurement involves the sourcing, ordering, warehouse storage and final installation of all goods.

Condo Amenity Spaces

SAI works with architects at the planning stage to execute an interiors concept which compliments the exterior building design. From statement Lobbies to multi-use Party Rooms, SAI considers the target market at the forefront of the design to create cherished and well used amenities. Conceptual design package including Rendering Coordination for marketing presale purposes where appropriate.

Offices

Complete design package for full scale executive office design and remodeling. Distinguished and elevated professional interiors with hyper functional designs including automation and A/V integration. SAI works directly with trades to provide all construction documentation to execute all stages of design in accordance with local building codes.

Interior Décor + Furniture Procurement Services

Our expertise can provide transformative outcomes in your new home or a complete refresh of your current residence. Interior furnishings and décor are designed to complement the client’s existing interior shell and finishes while elevating each room’s aesthetic and functionality to suit the user’s goals. Mood boards and space plan drawings are used to present customized design direction while working within a desired budget. This service is often combined with our New Build or Remodel services.

Renovate & Remodel

We consult and coordinate with the appropriate contractors to design and execute the goals of your remodel. Demolition and design drawings clearly demonstrate each stage of the design through to the installation of new finishes, lighting, and millwork. SAI is involved each step of the way to ensure every detail is implemented as intended and with superior quality.

New Build

SAI works closely with the Architect in early stages to develop the interior shell including floorplan layout and flow, interior partition placement, and functional elements like plumbing and electrical needs to suit end design. Built-in millwork is integrated seamlessly with finishes and fixtures specified with construction documentation.
